Using mainly the principles of Jivamukti & Anusara yoga (with a sprinkle of many others), I will guide you through pranayama, asana & meditation to help your mind relax, letting go of your daily stress while gaining strength & suppleness in your muscles.
Yoga can help you not only feel physically stronger and more flexible, but can also help your mind become more focused and clear and ultimately opening your heart to live your yoga on and off the mat.
